I was wrong.
Those kale chips were disgusting! Basically they tasted like eating dehydrated lettuce. Maybe they were good for our health, but I couldn't convince anyone in my family to eat one. We ended up throwing out the bag of kale chips and I said never again.
But now in the health food stores again, kale chips are all the rage. Thankfully Charlotte saved me from buying another brand and wasting another ten bucks. She used her talented genius of flavoring and came up with the following recipe for the BEST kale chips ever. They were so good, they only lasted half an hour in our home.
